About Cuemath :
Cuemath is on a mission to make every child MathFit, a confident math thinker. Our interactive 1:1 online classes go beyond memorization, helping kids truly understand the why behind the what through step-by-step problem solving, real-world applications, and personalized learning journeys. We are trusted by parents in 80+ countries, with a rapidly growing base. Backed by leading global investors, we are redefining what it means to be great at math in today's world.
Every family's journey with Cuemath begins with a conversation: understanding where their child is in math, what is holding them back, and the path that will help them thrive. We are looking for someone to lead the team behind those conversations. Think less sales manager, more the coach of a high-performing squad: someone who loves math, who has taught it themselves, and whose real talent is making other people great at it. You will work closely with our leadership to shape how this works, raise the standard of every conversation, and grow into owning it.
What You Will Do:
- Coach a team the way a head coach builds players: watch their real conversations with families, give sharp and specific feedback, and lift each person to a higher standard
- Own the conversation as a craft: define what great looks like, then keep improving it as you learn what truly helps a parent understand their child and decide
- Sit close to the math itself: judge whether a child was read accurately, and help your team get sharper at seeing how each child thinks
- Treat the conversation like a living thing you keep refining, not a script to enforce. Spot the patterns across many conversations and change what needs changing
- Run the team's daily and weekly rhythm of reviews, calibration, and continuous improvement
- Carry the parent's perspective back into the business, partnering with the academics and product teams to make both the experience and the product better
What We Are Looking For :
- You are genuinely good at math and you understand how children learn it. You can sit inside a tricky problem and read
- how a child is thinking. You have very likely taught or tutored math yourself, and you were good at it
- You are first and foremost a coach of people. You get your energy from watching someone do the real work and
- making them better at it, not from setting targets or running workshops
- You have spent real time in teaching or learning, and have grown into developing other people, whether teachers,
- counselors, or a team you have led
- You care about whether these conversations genuinely help a family choose the right path, and you earn that through
- insight and trust, never pressure
- You are sharp, you learn fast, and you like to work closely with a leader to build something and make it your own
We are looking for someone who is not just looking for a job, but is genuinely passionate about shaping how children experience math.
