The Business Operations Associate will support systems improvements to Curriculum Associates operational processes by completing system testing, staging data for testing efforts, creating and updating documentation, and first line user support for our Custom Applications. The Business Operations Associate will become well versed in our CRM, ERP, and quoting business processes and will collaborate with users and IT teams to implement solutions to common user pain points.

The Business Operations Associate will work closely with our IT Custom Applications and Salesforce Teams and other Operations teams such as Deal Operations, Customer Service, and Foundational Data.

Essential duties/responsibilities:

Own quote tool tier 1 user support by resolving technical issues, providing user education, and escalating to subject matter experts and developers as appropriate Staging appropriate data across multiple systems for users to easily test new enhancement efforts Coordinate user testing efforts across multiple business stakeholders and complete regression testing for medium-large projects Maintain application documentation and business testing suites across multiple systems and business processes Document enhancement requests initiating out of user support issues and support trends

Required Job Skills and Abilities:

  • Quality assurance testing or business analyst experience with at least one of configure-price-quote (CPQ), enterprise resource planning (ERP), or customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high quality work every time
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, conveying technical information to a range of audiences
  • Experience writing multi-application test plans and documenting operational systems and processes
  • Experience with internal user support
  • Ability to build and foster strong, cross functional relationships
  • Problem solving and analytical capabilities
  • Success prioritizing competing priorities in a quickly changing environment
