We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator with a strong focus on integrated systems and Agile team experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring, customizing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions, along with proficiency in integrating Salesforce with other systems. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and support Agile delivery methodologies.

The impact you'll have:

• Configure, customize, and maintain Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems, such as ERP, marketing automation, and customer service platforms, using integration tools and APIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize business requirements for Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce configuration, data integrity, and integration with other systems.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews, to support Agile delivery methodologies.
• Work with business analysts and scrum team members to conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide user training to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve Agile processes and practices within the team and contribute to the overall success of Agile transformation.
• Stay informed about Salesforce platform updates, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Who we're looking for:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience working as a Salesforce Administrator, with a focus on integrated systems and Agile team environments.
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems using integration tools and APIs. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is required.

Benefits and Pay Range:
Pay Range – This role’s range is $81,500. - $139,500. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that Curriculum Associates considers in making compensation decisions based on our Compensation Philosophy. Actual base pay within that range will vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, prior experience and relevant skill sets. At Curriculum Associates, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances for each case. This role is also eligible to participate in the company bonus plan. The Company recognizes that minimum wage varies by location and will ensure all compensation decisions comply with applicable state and local laws.
