Job Title: Senior Account Executive UK & Ireland

Location: Remote - UK based

Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Senior Account Executive to join our growing sales team. Based in the UK, this role will focus on driving direct sales in the UK and Ireland, while partnering with the Manager of Channel Partners & Alliances to facilitate reseller deals in the Middle East. The ideal candidate must speak Arabic fluently and have a strong understanding of the Middle Eastern market. Key Responsibilities:

Direct Sales & Account Management (UK & Ireland):

  • Drive revenue growth by managing the entire sales cycle for mid-to-large enterprises, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Build and maintain long-term, profitable relationships by identifying customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue targets, manage a robust sales pipeline, and continuously refine sales processes.
  • Qualify leads, partner with the Solutions Architect team to conduct product demos, and navigate complex sales cycles while collaborating with marketing to improve lead generation quality.

Channel & Reseller Partnerships (Middle East):

  • Collaborate with the Manager of Channel Partners & Alliances to manage reseller relationships and facilitate sales in the Middle East.
  • Support reseller efforts by driving demand generation and providing expertise in closing deals, leveraging fluency in Arabic to build strong relationships.

Market Expertise & Relationship Building:

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the UK, Ireland, and Middle Eastern markets, including key industries and regulatory environments.
  • Foster client and partner relationships through regular meetings, strategic discussions, and presenting the value proposition of company solutions.
  • Leverage cultural and language expertise to establish trust and enhance relationships in the Middle Eastern market.

Sales Reporting, Forecasting & Strategy:

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to leadership while analyzing data to optimize strategies.
  • Lead territory-building initiatives, prospecting for new opportunities in mid-market and enterprise accounts, focusing on landing new clients.
  • Adopt a quantitative and strategic approach to territory planning, ensuring accurate pipeline management and forecasting.

Results-Oriented Leadership:

  • Consistently exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through innovative sales approaches and a strong hunter mentality.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and share best practices, fostering a high-performing and innovative sales culture.
  • Demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and a passion for digital product management, thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Location:

Based in the UK, this role will focus on driving direct sales in the UK and Ireland, while partnering with the Manager of Channel Partners & Alliances to facilitate reseller deals in the Middle East.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven track record of revenue-generating B2B software/SaaS sales, with industry experience in SaaS L&D preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic, with cultural adaptability to build relationships across the UK, Ireland, and Middle East markets.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels and work effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • A robust professional network and the ability to generate new business opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, customer lifecycle management, and subscription-based revenue streams.
  • Ability to seamlessly collaborate with a global team across multiple time zones, necessitating a flexible approach to meeting times and effective communication to ensure successful coordination and synergy.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen, aligning strategy with execution to drive sustainable growth.
  • Successful experience in quota attainment and growing enterprise client portfolios.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Skilled in channel sales and managing reseller partnerships, particularly in the Middle East.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments, including startups and global teams across time zones.
