Position Title: Inside sales specialist

Location: Remote


Position Overview:

Role and Responsibilities:
• Manage, nurture and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities.
• Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate
outbound lead opportunities.
• Assess and analyze a prospect current process and requirements.
• Provide engaging and articulate information about CYPHER Learnings products
value proposition to potential customers.
• Maintain well organized up-to-date and accurate sales information and activity
report in the company's CRM system.
• Maintain and expand the company's database of prospects.
• Learn to manage complex enterprise sales throughout the sales cycle.
• Efficient management of the sales pipeline
• Confidentially participate in the preparation of proposals and the presentation of
professional product demonstrations via webinar or face to face meetings
• Work on RFPs globally.
• Represent CYPHER Learning at corporate events or sales meetings independently or
with colleagues.
• Meet personal targets and work towards CYPHER Learning sales goals and
profitability.
• Demonstrates ability to interact professionally with potential customers via phone
e-mail telephone conferencing webinars and face to face to discover their
businesses needs and develop a positive business relationship.
• Work closely within a small sales and marketing team and develop corporate
working relationships with the company's colleagues.
• Provide accurate and timely information as required to project managers and the
senior management.
• Proficient in the use of social media tools like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, culture, and business ethics.
• Develop a strong knowledge of CYPHER Learning´s products and services to facilitate
the sales process.
• Understand how the benefits of CYPHER Learning´s product and services can meet
customers’ needs in the various business verticals.


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of Proven Sales Track Record
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, especially in SMB sales within the SaaS sector
  • SaaS Industry experience (Required).
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proficient in cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and other prospecting strategies tailored to SMBs.
  • Closing Skills: Strong ability to close deals by identifying pain points and offering SaaS solutions that address those issues effectively while also navigating objections related to cost, scalability, and other common SMB concerns.
  • SaaS Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of SaaS offerings, including features, benefits, and how they can solve SMB-specific challenges like scalability, cost management, and operational efficiency.
  • Pricing Models: Familiarity with common SaaS pricing models (subscription-based, tiered pricing, freemium, etc.) and how to present these models effectively to SMB clients.
  • CRM Tools: Proficiency in using CRM systems (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho) to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports.
