You should be skilled at collaborating and communicating with clients and senior internal stakeholders.

Day in the Life

  • Work closely with the product team to understand our roadmap and upcoming releases to craft effective GTM plans that include positioning, pricing, packaging and supporting materials

  • Partner with sales and customer support teams to refine positioning, packaging and pricing based on feedback and voice of customer

  • Conduct market and competitive research to effectively differentiate Degreed’s solutions and provide objection handling

  • Create content for support and enablement assets, including slides, one-sheets, FAQs, internal and external trainings and other materials

  • Collaborate across marketing to assist with inputs for marketing campaigns, events and brand asset creation

  • Identify and tackle opportunities for process improvement to increase speed, efficiency and impact

  • Tailor GTM plans for specific regions, market segments, personas and industries

Who You Are

  • 6+ years of proven experience in B2B SaaS product marketing for a multiproduct portfolio

  • Strong expertise in pricing and packaging strategies for B2B SaaS solutions

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills

  • Track record of successful cross-functional project management

  • Experience working directly with clients and senior stakeholders

  • Comfort and proficiency working remotely

  • High emotional intelligence

  • Self motivated with a bias for action

  • Deep sense of ownership and accountability

  • Data driven and comfortable influencing decisions using quantitative and qualitative inputs

What Sets You Apart

  • Learning or HR technology experience preferred
  • Comfort in a fast paced, iterative, sometime ambiguous startup environment

  • You love wearing multiple hats, working across a multitude of teams, tackling and solving problems that do not have a single right answer and enjoy the thrill of getting things done
