The Director of Technology Solutions group is a critical leadership role that will lead our Enterprise Systems strategy and application portfolio management. This role will serve as the liaison between internal customers and the technology team to ensure we enable the right technology solutions across the enterprise to deliver value to our internal business partners in support of DDI’s growth strategy.

This role will develop our enterprise systems strategy and roadmap to ensure our systems are optimized for scale and integrations work seamlessly across the enterprise. This role will oversee a team of technical specialists that support our enterprise applications and serve in an advisory role to our business partners to evolve the technology processes and solutions to effectively support the business. This individual will partner with senior stakeholders across the organization and across technology functions to enable success.


  • Develop and execute enterprise systems strategy in support of DDI’s growth strategy
  • Provide expertise in a variety of IT functions to ensure enterprise technology roadmaps enable success which includes ERP, software applications, data integrations, automations, etc.
  • Understand customer requirements to enable the right technology and data solutions and collaborate and align on priorities with stakeholders. Measure service delivery, outcomes and internal customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure proper security standards are adhered to with technology solutions
  • Build strong partnerships with internal customers and vendors to optimize performance, ensure positive customer experience, and drive efficiencies
  • Lead cross-functional prioritization and planning efforts. Review and recommend priorities for new applications, application changes/enhancements, including technology recommendations and develop roadmaps to drive value aligned with business strategy. Manage, plan and communicate resource capacity and plan adjustments as needed to drive right strategic outcomes.
  • Provide overall direction and guidance to technical team in the design, development, maintenance, and enhancements of business applications and related technologies.
  • Ensure projects are on-track and high customer satisfaction is achieved, on-time, on budget, course correct when appropriate. Drive continuous improvement efforts to effectively service internal customers
  • Administer and optimize financial budgets
  • Manage new technology solution evaluations and administer vendor contracts and services

  • Team development and coaching for success
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems required
  • 15+ years of IT experience, 7 years minimum of large enterprise IT experience
  • SAAS industry experience preferred
  • 5 years minimum in IT leadership role
  • ERP and/or CRM experience required
  • Data Integration experience
  • Strong passion for customer service and operating excellence
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to lead cohesive and productive teams with high service levels
  • Strategic leader with broad-based knowledge in individual departments, and strong knowledge of industry practice and business principles. Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of the company.
  • Technology enthusiast with a customer centric mindset who is passionate about leveraging technology to drive digital transformation and value. Ability to perform in a fast paced environment and motivated by complex technical and business challenges.
  • Experience partnering with the business/multiple teams to develop strategic technology roadmaps and measuring TCO (total cost of ownership).
  • Must be able to communicate effectively both in speech and writing at an Executive Level with confidence. Ability to influence others and drive consensus across technical and non-technical stakeholder groups.

Salary: The anticipated hiring range for this position is listed below.

Variable Pay: 20%
