The focus of the GRE Senior Consultant position is ramping up key personas to achieve revenue and performance targets. This includes developing, launching, and managing tools and programs dedicated to global portfolio enablement. The position requires leading both initial (onboarding) and ongoing (ever-boarding) field communications, education and upskilling to equip DDI resources to position, sell, plan, deliver client engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Create comprehensive enablement materials including Playbooks tools, resources tied to key personas.
  • Build scalable launch plans to adjust to regional needs and ensure business continuity.
  • Identify skill gaps and develop targeted enablement solutions.
  • Partner across portfolios to ensure efficient, comprehensive field enablement at an enterprise level.
  • Work with Product Management, Product Marketing, subject matter experts, and other resources to understand the leadership development space and lead accurate content representation in portfolio management.
  • Lead and manage project associate resources in all aspects of enablement launch and program management, as required.
  • Provide delivery/implementation of early adopter client projects requiring in-depth portfolio knowledge (e.g., front-line leader, mid-level/senior leader, pipeline offerings).
  • Provide input and client feedback re: portfolio as appropriate to PM and partner functions in DDI.
  • Provide sales support to coach DDI resources and to refine sales positioning, differentiation and customer value proposition.
  • Participate in sales teams for sales situations requiring in-depth expertise, leading the client sales engagement when needed.
  • Provide senior-level, integrated consulting to assist clients in evaluating/implementing DDI solutions.
  • Effectively partner with regional operations (international) to ensure enterprise/global achievement of targets.
  • Create and manage launch project plans to ensure timely completion.
  • Develop, manage, and update project plans (e.g., activities, objectives, progress metrics).
  • Coordinate input and feedback from field operations about new or innovative concepts.
  • Create product documentation for digital and print.
Requirements

(These are the minimum qualifications you need to be considered for the job)

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; Masters preferred.
  • Minimum 5-7 years’ experience with relevant portfolio products. Experience with DDI’s Manager Ready, L3Ready, competencies, Success Profiles preferred.
  • Experience in a high-performance sales organization in sales, enablement, or learning and development.
  • Experience in applying any one or a combination of learning and development, selection/assessment, organizational. development and executive assessment solutions in a business environment.
  • Ability to design and launch sales and consulting tools, using interactive and engaging techniques.
  • Experience selling and/or delivering relevant portfolio products/solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience managing others preferred.
  • Leadership of project teams required.
  • Strong internal and external client service orientation.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
  • Business acumen.
  • Enthusiasm for continuous learning.

Salary: The anticipated hiring range for this position is listed below.

Variable Pay: 15%
