Superstruct Entertainment's network includes leading operators and festivals such as Arenal Sound, FIB, elrow, Sziget, Wacken Open Air, Mysteryland, Hideout, Sónar, Flow, Defqon1, Parookaville, Boardmasters Lost Village, Øya, O Son do Camiño, Brunch Electronik, and many more.
About the role:
We are looking for a self motivated and dynamic Brand Partnership Account Assistant to join our awesome Brand Partnership Department, who will be responsible for coordinating and managing the daily relationship with our existing Brand Partners, coordinating internally all the agreements, checking the correct activation of the agreed assets, as well as the implementation during the festival, and ensuring that all contractual obligations are delivered.
The role will also include the development and expansion of the portfolio of sponsors for The Music Republic 2024.
The selected candidate will work closely with the Brand Partnership team, as well as the creativity team, the content and communications teams and the production team.
-Develop partnership strategies and activation plans, with the management (multiple account) of the full sales cycle: presenting, budgeting, planning, closing deals, drafting contracts and letters of agreement, signing off and preparation of final reports.
-Coordinate and manage the daily contact with the Partners, ensuring that all contractual obligations are delivered.
-Activate, implement, manage and follow up on the campaign plans of the agreement established with each Partner.
-Support the Strategic Manager in identifying sales opportunities created.
-Management and expansion of The Music Republic´s portfolio of partners and sponsors, generating both income and new business leads.
-Identification of new potential partners for The Music Republic.
-Develop concepts, strategies and participatory models that add value to collaborations between brands and The Music Republic festival. Special consideration will be given to cultural relevance, digital transformation and sustainability when developing these concepts.
-Present KPIs to Partners pre and post festivals.
-Manage and activate events.
-Coordination with other departments in the organization to ensure that such obligations are delivered, including contents, communications, press, and production.
-Experience, knowledge and skills
Minimum 3-4 years proven experience handling sponsorship and partnership deals.
-Experience working in sales for an events organization- preferably in the fields of tech, music, or design- is appreciated but is not required.
-Business or marketing degree.
-Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and oral
-Excellent communication and engagement skills to delivering an exceptional service for our Partners, and the ability to build relationships and trust with them at all levels, both internally and externally.
-Ability to work across multiple clients and projects at any one time, maintaining a high level of work with the ability to prioritise in a high demanding environment.
-Able to build budgets, decks and presentations.
-A passion analytics, tracking and measuring success for reporting.
-Extremely well-organised with the ability to multi-task effectively and work under extremely tight deadlines.
-A strong team player who remains calm and displays a positive attitude while under pressure.
-Familiar with using Microsoft Office and Google packages (daily usage).
-Be creative, proactive and solution oriented (always think one step ahead).
-Profile curious and attuned to market trends.
