As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Account Manager to help us scale smartly and become more efficient while maintaining our creative soul.
The Role
We're seeking an organized, client-focused Account Manager who thrives in managing multiple projects simultaneously. You’ll be the bridge between clients and our creative team, ensuring smooth project execution and alignment with brand goals. You’ll handle end-to-end project management, from translating client briefs into actionable strategies to overseeing content production and ensuring deliverables meet client expectations. The role also involves tracking project performance, and staying updated on the latest digital marketing and social media trends.
This is a full-time position.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns, inquiries, or feedback.
- Communicate effectively with clients, presenting ideas and gathering insights to ensure expectations are met.
Creative Briefing and Strategy Development:
- Lead the process of gathering and clarifying client requirements, translating them into clear, actionable creative briefs.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure alignment between the client's needs and the agency’s creative vision.
- Ensure the creative concepts are on-brand and aligned with the client’s overall marketing strategy.
- Research and report on industry trends, digital marketing strategies, and social media best practices
Project management
- Manage multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring goals and timelines are met.
- Oversee project progress, foresee potential blockers or opportunities, and keep clients and creatives informed.
- Create detailed project timelines, tracking milestones and deliverables.
- Act as a liaison between the client and creative team, offering guidance on project direction while maintaining the integrity of the creative concept.
Team coordination and workflow
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative Director, Producer, Designer, Postproduction Coordinator) to align on project workflow and objectives.
- Review final assets (videos, graphics, animations) to ensure they meet both client expectations and agency standards.
- Lead retrospective sessions to improve collaboration and output.
Performance
- Provide regular updates on project progress, performance metrics, and opportunities for optimization.
- Track and communicate the results of video campaigns and other multimedia assets to stakeholders.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required Experience & Skills
- 3+ years of proven experience in managing client accounts and projects, with expertise in video campaigns and multi-channel campaigns
- Familiarity with video performance metrics and digital marketing trends
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to balance client needs with protecting the creative process
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Professional proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus
- Excellence in digital tool usage (project management software, spreadsheets, etc.)

- A passion for digital marketing, social media, and advertising trends

- Knowledge of KPIs and performance analysis

Working Model
- As of 2025, our full-time team will be adopting a 4-day workweek with Fridays off
- Most of us work remotely and gather at our Barcelona office 1-2 days a week to collaborate and connect
- You will need to be present more often especially during the initial training period
- Working hours are flexible – we trust you to manage your schedule around project needs and team commitments

Location
This position is based in Barcelona, Spain. We won't be taking candidates that aren't able to live in Barcelona. You must have the right to work in Spain. Please do not apply if you don’t fulfill these requirements.
