Your Opportunity
The Account Executive ensures the maintenance of commercial relationships with existing customers, the renewal of their subscriptions, and the sale of upgrades and additional products. In addition, is responsible for creating new sales opportunities with prospects.
What You'll Do
• Actively consult with customers to ensure their needs are being met;
• Prepare renewal quotations and carry out the related follow-ups;
• Process orders in the system;
• Prepare the required reports, update the customer relationship management (CRM) system, and continuously monitor sales performance;
• Conduct targeted phone activities aimed at increasing revenue (“cold calls” and “customer satisfaction calls”);
• Contribute to promotional sales campaigns for specific products;
• Support appointment scheduling in synergy with the Regional Sales Manager (RSM);
• Actively participate in training and in the implementation of marketing strategies for the assigned territory;
• Contact existing customers to identify opportunities for revenue growth;
• Perform web monitoring and contact prospects to identify new sales opportunities;
• Collaborate in the organization of training and outreach events;
• Commit to achieving an annual sales growth quota assigned by the Sales Top Management;
• Occasionally visit customers;
• Participate in national and international sales meetings.
About You
• Must be a resident of Turin or nearby areas;
• Fluent in written and spoken English language;
• 5+ years of experience in sales, customer support and B2B development;
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office;
• Strong teamwork skills;
• Flexibility and adaptability;

• Ability to plan and organize work;
• Results-oriented and able to work toward objectives;
• Commercial awareness;
• Accuracy in reporting and strong analytical skills;
