EBSCO Information Services is a global market leader in knowledge and information services, supporting education, research, public administration, healthcare, and corporate organisations worldwide with high-quality content and innovative technologies.
Following a planned retirement and as part of our continued growth in Sweden, we are strengthening our presence in the Stockholm region. We are now seeking a commercially driven and strategically minded Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow sales across Central and Northern Sweden. This is a permanent role with close collaboration across the Nordic organisation.
What You'll Do
- Own and drive regional sales across Central and Northern Sweden
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Work with customers across higher education, public administration, healthcare, and the corporate sector
- Build, develop, and maintain long-term customer relationships through consultative, solution-oriented dialogue
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in collaboration with internal teams
- Deliver sales reports and market analyses to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement
- Collaborate closely with the Account Executive and Nordic colleagues to ensure coordinated market coverage
- Represent EBSCO professionally in meetings, negotiations, and presentations
About You
You are an enthusiastic, self-driven, and results-oriented sales professional who combines strong relationship-building skills with strategic thinking.
- Minimum 5 years of successful B2B sales experience
- Experience in technology, digital solutions, or subscription-based services is advantageous
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into effective sales strategies
- Proven ability to build networks and establish long-term customer and partner relationships
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
- Confident in negotiations and presentations
- Structured, proactive, and comfortable working independently from a home-office environment
- Willingness and ability to travel nationally and internationally
- Experience working collaboratively in team-based and matrix organisations
- Candidate must be located in Sweden
