Your Opportunity

The Customer Training Specialist for Southern Europe is responsible for planning and delivering online and on-site training to clients, ensuring they use EBSCO products and services effectively and gain full value from them.

The role works closely with Sales and other departments to promote solution adoption, enhance customer satisfaction, and align training activities with regional and European objectives.

What You'll Do

• Deliver training sessions, webinars, and product updates to clients;
• Develop and maintain training materials, including videos, tutorials, and user guides, to support client learning and autonomy;
• Gather market feedback, monitor customer needs, and report insights to management;
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Technical Support to ensure training supports business goals;
• Participate in international industry meetings and coordinate with trainers across Europe;
• Contribute to professional development initiatives as outlined in company training plans.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years’ experience in training electronic products/services in public, government, or corporate sectors;
• Native fluency in Italian; strong written and spoken English skills;
• Technical proficiency, initiative, and the ability to work independently;
• Customer-focused, goal-oriented, and capable of handling feedback and challenging situations constructively;
• Team-oriented, collaborative, and committed to service quality and continuous improvement.

The role is full time – based in Italy.
