Your Opportunity

As a member of the Content Strategy & Administration (CSAdmin) team, this role is responsible for managing publisher and title rights across EBSCO’s content portfolio to support the full content and product lifecycle. The role partners closely with Publisher Relations, Content Licensing, Product Management, Royalties, and Content Management to secure, maintain, and administer high value content for profitable products. Key priorities include interpreting and managing licensing agreements across multiple business lines and providing strong contract administration to maximize the value of EBSCO’s content investments. Success in this role depends on accuracy, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to support and strengthen long-term publisher partnerships.

This remote position is U.S. based only (excluding U.S. territories).

What You'll Do

  • Capture and update all contractual terms of a publisher licensing contract throughout the contract life cycle (from first signing, through amendments, to terminations)
  • Analyze contractual term changes and their business impact
  • Collaborate and Advise stakeholders of contractual terms
  • Send Reports to internal parties detailing contractual terms
  • Conduct quality control audits to find inaccuracies within the rights data capture
  • Conduct regular audits to reinforce contractual compliance
  • Assist with other duties related to contract activities as requested

You will be welcomed as a member of the Content Strategy & Administration team (a team of seven people) and the larger Sales, Content & Publisher Services organization. About You

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience using an enterprise document management or records management system to organize, track, and maintain controlled documentation in an audit-ready environment.
  • 1- 2 years of experience with MS Office
  • Excel – basic functions including summing/sorting/grouping/filtering columns
  • Access – open/edit/create tables, forms, reports and queries, import/export data

What sets you apart

  • Experience with a contract management system, such as DocuSign or SalesForce
  • High-quality accurate publisher and title data elements to our business and painstakingly strive for excellence in this area (capture, review, reporting and communication)
  • Hands-on experience managing contracts from drafting and negotiation through execution, amendments, and renewals
  • Ability to identify contractual risks, ensure alignment with legal and regulatory requirements, and proactively flag issues before they escalate
  • Ability to work effectively with Legal, Finance, Content Licensing, and business stakeholders to align contract terms with operational and strategic goals

Pay Range

USD $58,490.00 - USD $83,555.00 /Yr.
