Imagine Your Impact.
Print Experience Specialist serves as the liaison between customers/field and Print Support regarding print and fulfillment. Responsible for the oversight/management of customer orders from entry to fulfillment as well as for maintaining a rolling forecast of customer needs. This role works and collaborates closely with sales, school districts, vendors, carriers, product management, customer experience, and finance. Facilitates excellent customer experience by providing communication at time-of-sales as well as post-sale support for any issues.

Position Information: This is a regular, full-time position, reporting to the Senior Print Experience Manager.
Compensation: Base pay is anticipated to be between $21.66 and $25.00 per hour. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.
Location: In this US-based position your location will be remote.

Envision Your Experience.
In this role you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Proactively work with customers and internal teams to provide a personalized and attentive service that meets the unique needs and preferences of each customer, as well as anticipating their needs and addressing any issues or concerns they may have.
- Provide customers with information on their delivery and solve any issues with print and fulfillment as they arise.
- Display a high level of confidence and provide a professional tone in all communications.
- Track orders through fulfillment; keep customers, sales, and print directors informed.
- Thoroughly investigate all customer inquiries regarding order issues, shipment status and missing or damaged products.
- Be effective in utilizing NetSuite/Salesforce/Zendesk system tools to support customers and provide an exceptional experience to them.
- Leverage internal resources to find solutions to aid our customers in their inquiries.
- Work with a print vendor to ensure any special shipping instructions for our customers are adequately communicated and implemented.
- Update order tracking reports daily.
- Create Purchase Orders and submit manual order forms for specific print vendors.
- Monitor shared inboxes.
- Ability to multitask and delegate duties as needed.
- Other duties as required.
Share Your Expertise.
Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include:
- A degree in business, education, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred, Associate is acceptable), with at least 3 years of experience in relevant role (e.g., Customer Experience, Publishing, Education, etc.) or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
- Ability to improve or develop processes to support overall customer experience.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and strong customer service mentality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Accurate and detailed in system data and reporting.
- Strong interpersonal and team building skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite systems is preferred.
