WHAT IS THE POSITION
The Instructional Services Associate (PT) is responsible for creation, generation, dissemination, and accuracy of reports for internal and external tutoring services customers, as requested. The Associate will run queries to monitor both manual and automated processes in Exact Path. In addition, the Associate is responsible for creation and processing of student enrollment requests in the student information system (Genius) and proprietary learning management systems, as needed.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Identify, prioritize, and process Virtual Program Manager, and other, report requests for tutoring services data
• Identify, prioritize, and process enrollment requests within the learning management systems
• Ensure tutoring reports are accurate and meet requirements provided by customers
• Uses systems such as Genius, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, in addition to other proprietary systems to gather and validate data, and to process enrollment requests
• Audit all work for accuracy and compliance
• Works with Enrollment, Virtual Program Managers, Regional Directors of Instruction, Program Management, and Sales Operations teams to obtain and validate information required to complete tasks
• Create customer reports for student performance and attendance in tutoring services
• Other duties as assigned
WHAT IS REQUIRED
• Attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
• Prior experience with learning management systems and student information systems (Edmentum Courseware, Edmentum Exact Path, and Genius preferred)
• Ability to move between tasks throughout a workday
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness and ability to learn company-specific software and processes
• Ability to maintain highest standards of confidentiality and display professional ethical conduct
• Demonstrate ownership in learning and development of knowledge and skills
• Regular and predictable attendance
