Role Summary

The Partnership Engagement Specialist helps grow Educate 360’s partner ecosystem by supporting joint strategies, managing key operational processes, and driving cross-functional alignment. Acting as the main liaison between strategic partners and internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance), this role ensures partnership initiatives translate into meaningful commercial outcomes.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong operational execution, supporting sales enablement, coordinating partner-led go-to-market efforts, and maintaining efficient processes. They excel at relationship management and collaborating across teams to ensure partnership opportunities are executed effectively.

Main Responsibilities

Partner Relationship Management & Growth

  • Act as the primary liaison for strategic partners, managing communication, recurring check-ins, and business reviews.
  • Support annual partner planning and help identify new revenue opportunities.
  • Surface partner-led initiatives, including new offerings, co-marketing activities, and sales enablement programs that support Educate 360’s goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Sales Enablement

  • Connect partners with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations) to ensure clear alignment and timely execution.• Translate partner needs into actionable steps for internal stakeholders.
  • Develop partner-specific collateral, documentation, and training resources.
  • Ensure consistent and accurate internal messaging to support go-to-market efforts.

Operational Excellence & Program Management

  • Manage recurring partner processes such as reporting, submissions, product updates, lead distribution, and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate partner information across systems, portals, and websites.
  • Conduct periodic audits and swiftly troubleshoot operational issues to support compliance, data accuracy, and seamless workflows.

Strategic Support & Business Insights

  • Support evaluation of new partnership opportunities through research, data gathering, and alignment assessments.
  • Prepare presentations and analyze partner performance to inform decision-making and internal strategy discussions.

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Associate degree or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, vendor relations, training, technology, sales operations, product coordination, or a related field.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft partner ecosystem is a plus.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to connect technical and strategic audiences.
  • Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable tasks.
  • Proven ability to identify revenue opportunities and support go-to-market initiatives.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage recurring workflows.
  • Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder projects and producing clear internal/partner-facing materials.
  • Proficiency with standard business applications; familiarity with Power BI, SharePoint, MS Dynamics CRM, or Salesforce is preferred.
