Title: Partner Coordinator

Department: EMS Marketing

Location: Remote

Who You Are:

As a Partner Coordinator, you will be the linchpin that holds our client relationships together. You will manage the day-to-day tasks that support our client's strategic marketing and enrollment management plan. This includes everything from managing budgets and billing processes to overseeing creative approvals and maintaining robust client relationships.

You’ll report to the VP of Account Management and provide vital support to our Fee for Service (FFS) team. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a knack for building strong relationships, we'd love to hear from you!

Here are the abilities we seek out:

  • Cultivates and sustains robust client relationships by understanding their strategy, providing outstanding customer service, and knowing key client stakeholders for efficient service delivery.
  • Fosters strong relationships with colleagues and internal business associates to enable smooth execution of client services.
  • Manages client projects end-to-end, including ticketing, work orders, and action requests.
  • Sets and communicates project deadlines to relevant parties, actively monitoring progress and updating as necessary.
  • Handles client billing processes.
  • Regularly reports activity and workflow updates to the Account Manager, external partners, and other internal teams.
  • Serves as the main administrative contact.
  • Assists in arranging client visits - including meeting notifications, catering, etc.
  • Prepares documents for meetings.
  • Primarily responsible for recaps, documentation, and information archiving.
  • Updates and maintains task lists for all client-related activities.
  • Manages CRM for client information.

Qualifications

What You Offer:

Educational Requirements and Background:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field or experience, preferred but not required.

Required Skills:

Has 1-3 years of proven experience in:

  • Managing projects or events from inception to completion, handling logistics, analysis, and customer interaction.
  • Prioritizing multiple projects effectively using time management skills to meet objectives.
  • Upholding quality standards through stringent quality control measures.
  • Delivering top-notch customer service.
  • Fostering relationships across all levels.
  • Supervising others' work progress and output.
  • Crafting and refining proposals and presentations.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint), with advanced proficiency in Excel.

Preferred Skills:

  • Internship or previous agency experience
  • Understanding of the higher education sector
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, and Trello is a plus
