(Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000)

As a key partner to hiring managers, you will drive the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and stakeholders. Here are the abilities that we seek out:
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop comprehensive hiring profiles, ensuring that job descriptions accurately reflect role requirements.
- Talent Sourcing & Assessment: Proactively source and screen a diverse pool of candidates, utilizing various recruiting channels and techniques. Skillfully evaluate candidates’ qualifications, technical abilities, and soft skills to identify the best fit for open positions.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, acting as their primary point of contact throughout the selection process. Provide timely updates and guidance, ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience.
- Interview Coordination: Orchestrate the interview process, working closely with hiring managers to schedule interviews and ensure a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and internal teams.
- Offer & Onboarding: Extend offers of employment to successful candidates, collaborating with HR and hiring managers to negotiate salary, benefits, and start dates. Facilitate the pre-boarding and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless transition for new team members.
- Recruitment & Outreach: Represent the company at college job fairs, internship fairs, and other recruitment events, proactively engaging with potential candidates and showcasing our employer brand.

Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills

- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Education and Experience:
- A minimum of 1 year managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process is preferred, but not required
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field is a plus, but not required
