We are looking for a Customer Success Administrator to support our ANZ team in managing customer accounts within the Education Perfect platform. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the enrolment of our schools, managing accurate customer data, addressing enquiries and ensuring smooth coordination between departments to enhance the customer experience.

This is a temporary position from 27th January to 11th April 2025 and while our ideal candidate will be based in Dunedin, we welcome applications from anywhere in New Zealand.

What you will do

  • Maintain and update customer records in our platform to ensure data integrity
  • Assist with securing class lists and enrolment data for the ANZ Customer Success Team
  • Serve as a central point of contact for customer enquiries, requests and issues, escalating complex matters when necessary
  • Process invoice amendments and redirect other customer enquiries to Sales, Finance or Support teams as needed
  • Liaise with Sales and Customer Support teams to ensure alignment on customer success initiatives
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects that aim to improve the overall customer experience
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as directed by the CS ANZ Managers
