We’re seeking an exceptional sales leader to take charge of our Canadian market as Head of Revenue - Canada. In this role you’ll lead our expansion into a pivotal market, delivering innovative solutions that empower educators and improve classrooms at scale. What you will do

  • Lead the definition and delivery of EP’s go-to-market strategy in Canada
  • Identify and capitalise on opportunities with provincial education ministries, large school districts and private education networks
  • Navigate Canada’s complex education ecosystem, including bilingual education, regional priorities and funding cycles
  • Drive new business, multi-year contracts and upsell opportunities to exceed revenue targets
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline, ensuring predictable growth through accurate forecasting and execution
  • Solve systemic challenges such as teacher workload, curriculum alignment and digital adoption using EP’s innovative solutions
  • Develop trusted, long-term relationships with superintendents, district leaders and provincial decision-makers
  • Align EP’s platform to customer goals to deliver measurable impact and establish EP as a strategic partner
  • Partner with educators to promote student success and position EP as integral to teaching and learning in Canada
  • Recruit, coach and mentor a high-performing sales team to scale operations in Canada
  • Implement and champion proven sales methodologies to ensure consistent, world-class customer engagement
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability and high performance driven by purpose and results
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Marketing teams to ensure long-term success for EP’s customers
  • Turn customers into advocates by driving adoption, delivering on promises and celebrating success stories
  • Provide strategic feedback to the Product team to align offerings with the evolving needs of Canadian educators

About you

  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, with at least 5 years in K-12 EdTech or SaaS
  • Proven success selling to school districts, ministries and large education networks in Canada, including multi-year, high-value contracts
  • Strong understanding of Canada’s education systems, including funding structures, curriculum priorities and bilingual education challenges
  • Strategic mindset with a proven ability to build go-to-market strategies and execute with precision
  • Exceptional relationship building skills, with a track record of earning trust at the executive level
  • Mastery of modern sales methodologies (SPICED, MEDDPICC) with a focus on driving value and customer-centric solutions
  • Data-driven approach with expertise in forecasting, pipeline management and CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
  • A passion for education and innovation, with a deep understanding of the challenges faced by teachers and students
  • Resilience, creativity and a focus on achieving ambitious targets
  • A collaborative, growth-oriented leadership style that inspires teams to deliver their best work
