SUMMARY:The Regional Manager is responsible for driving regional revenue growth, client retention, and operational excellence within assigned territory. This role leads and develops Territory Managers while serving as the senior relationship owner for key school district partners. The Regional Manager ensures service quality, market expansion, and achievement of regional performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management
- Lead, coach, and develop Territory Managers to achieve performance targets and objectives.
- Establish clear performance expectations and accountability standards.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, field coaching, and professional development planning.
- Foster a high-performance, client-centered culture aligned with company values.
Business Development
- Develop and execute a regional growth strategy to expand client base.
- Analyze competitive landscape and recommend strategic positioning.
- Partner with Marketing team and senior leadership on targeted growth initiatives.
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as a point of contact for key clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing customized solutions.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction, metrics, and future needs.
- Proactively resolve escalated issues to protect client retention.
Performance Analysis and Reporting
- Monitor regional KPIs including revenue growth, fill rates, retention, compliance, and client satisfaction.
- Analyze data trends and implement corrective action plans when necessary.
- Prepare and present regional performance reports to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, state regulations, and district requirements.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in education, Business Administration, Sales, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
· 5+ years of leadership experience, preferably in staffing, workforce management, or education services.
· Demonstrated success in revenue growth, client retention, and team leadership.
· Strong understanding of K-12 district operations and public-sector contracting preferred.
· Proven abiltiy to lead geographically dispersed teams.
· Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
