Edustaff is eagerly seeking to hire Substitute Teachers with the Saint Joseph School District!

• Perform a variety of duties in assisting a licensed teacher in the implementation and support of instructional programs for students in group or one-on-one settings.
• Prepare instructional materials, maintain classroom discipline, and lead planned activities designated by a licensed teacher.
• Help develop and maintain a positive school-wide learning environment.

All Substitute Teachers MUST meet the following qualifications:

• Must have a current teaching certificate
• OR apply for a Content Substitute Teacher Certificate through the Missouri Department of Elementary & Secondary Education (DESE). (36 college credit hours or 20 hour online class through DESE to apply for certificate is required)
• To apply for work in the SJSD, you must undergo a background check (fingerprinting). SJSD 4 digit code will be provided at the workshop.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $115.00 per day
