Edustaff is eagerly seeking to hire Substitute Teachers to serve in Mid-Del Public Schools!

• Pay: $85/day for those with a HS Diploma/GED, $90/day for those with CERTIFIED transcript showing an EARNED/COMPLETED Bachelors degree, $95/day for those with CERTIFIED transcript showing an EARNED/COMPLETED Masters/Doctorates degree, $100/day for Certified Substitute Teachers (currently hold a Valid Oklahoma Teaching License)

• Pass a background check through OSDE & aINSIGHT (The OSDE background check costs $58.25; the aINSIGHT background check costs $22.50. Both background checks are self-paid).
• 18 years of age or older

Edustaff is eagerly seeking to hire Building Substitute Teachers to serve in Mid-Del Public Schools to start in October 2025!

What are the benefits of being an EDUStaff Building Substitute Teacher in the Mid-Del School District?

• Consistent schedule while working at a primary school building Monday through Friday when school is in session.
• Orientation training provided to help you make a positive difference in your community as you begin working in your local schools.
• Build experience working in the school district -- Get a foot in the door with your potential future employer.
• Pay: $120 per day for non-certified substitutes and certified substitutes alike!

As a Building Substitute Teacher, you will -

• Perform a variety of duties as that of a classroom teacher in the implementation and support of instructional programs for students in group or one-on-one settings.
• Be flexible on moving around the building throughout the day in order to help meet the needs of the building.
• Prepare instructional materials, maintain classroom discipline, and lead planned activities designated by a licensed teacher.
• Help develop and maintain a positive school-wide learning environment.
