Exciting Opportunities for SPED Instructional Assistants in McMinnville!

Edustaff is seeking enthusiastic SPED Instructional Assistant Permanent Building Substitutes to support the McMinnville School District during the 2025–2026 school year. Positions are available immediately!

As a Permanent SPED Building IA Substitute, you will:

- Be employed by Edustaff and assigned to a specific school within the district

- Report to your assigned school every school day (Monday–Friday)

- Primarily cover daily, last-minute absences

- Occasionally assist at other schools within the district as needed

Substitute Instructional Assistant Qualifications:

• Pass an FBI and Oregon Criminal Background Clearance
• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED may be required

Building Paraprofessional - $20.89 per hour

Program Details

SPED Instructional Assistant for McMinnville High School (with flexibility to assist at other SPED programs)

Important Notes

Applicants must have worked at least one day as a substitute at the school they are applying for.

The district will make the final decision regarding selections.
