As we embark on a worldwide digital transformation, we are looking for a Global Solution Owner for Oracle HCM who can support our transformation to the Oracle Cloud suite.
Do you have extensive hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM and Cloud ERP? Do you have a solid understanding of HR, Payroll and Accounting principles and practices? What you'll do
  • Performing data migration, validation, and reconciliation from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and ERP.
  • Configuring and testing Oracle HCM.
  • Providing functional and technical support to end-users and resolving issues related to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and HCM.
  • Developing and maintaining documentation, training materials, and best practices for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and ERP.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as IT, Procurement, HR, and Business Process Owners, to ensure alignment and integration of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and ERP with other systems and processes.

Who you are

  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, preferably in a financial transformation project.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Payroll systems
