Cultural Care Au Pair is looking for a Sales & Customer Success Intern based in our Paris office to help us meet our goal of being the world's largest and most trusted au pair program.
Our cultural exchange program builds global families by bringing together au pairs with American host families—providing meaningful childcare for families, an unforgettable year in the U.S.A. for au pairs, and a culturally enriching experience for both parties.
Would you like to make a difference during your internship?
We are seeking an ambitious, organized person with a positive attitude who wants to combine their problem-solving and multi-tasking skills to set our au pairs on the path to a successful, life-changing year in the USA.
This full-time (35 hours/week) internship will pay 4.35€/hour. We are looking for someone to begin in March or April.

What you’ll do:
  • You will support our Sales and Customer Success Teams, and work with our au pairs as they prepare to depart for their au pair experience. Tasks can include:
    • Speaking with customers on the phone to support au pairs through the process of selecting their host family.
    • Reviewing submitted customer documents to ensure every customer is compliant with the US State Department regulations.
    • Helping the team reach their goals of matching au pairs with host families and meeting compliance document deadlines.
    • Using your customer service skills to sometimes have difficult conversations about sensitive or challenging situations for our au pairs.

    • You are a curious person with a growth mindset and have a great passion for cultural exchange programs
    • You are well-organized and detail-oriented with good time management
    • You believe nothing is impossible, don’t shy away from a challenge, and love to find solutions
    • You have amazing communication and customer service skills and know-how to balance empathy and assertiveness.
    • You love being a part of a supportive team that has fun while hitting goals
    • You speak French and English fluently
