The Opportunity

Our CAT Team is looking for a new Central Admin Specialist to provide excellent admin support on customer success through more standardized services to our network of Customer Success Managers around the world. Administrative specialists must take on various roles within the organization to help ensure effective day-to-day operations. This role may require but is not limited to deal with non-client facing communications, help with other CSM admin tasks, reduce the time CSMs spend on admin, and allowing CSMs to spend more time with clients.

This job necessitates patience, attentiveness, time management, and the ability to work independently. A successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and is eager to build a career in a multinational, rapidly growing, and innovative education company.

Key responsibilities

  • Providing integrated support for our network of Customer Success and Program Managers.
  • Support with all admin tasks related to our systems: Enrol students, communicate with CSMs, update information in the new system.
  • Utilize different online tools to identify and resolve cases reported by CSMs, project managers, and other teams.
  • Resolve operational problems within the defined schedules and service level agreements.
  • Apply policies and processes to resolve cases in a set time frame.
  • Reporting system issues to the technical team and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

The skills & experience we look for

At least 2 years relevant work experience.

Soft skills:

  • Strong attention to detail & problem solving. o Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Hard skills:

  • Excellent administration and organizational skills.
  • Great time Management. o High knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Salesforce preferred.
