The Opportunity
Our Product Team is looking for a Graphic Designer capable of curating visual storytelling that engages and inspires the audience. A skilled professional who can take conceptual ideas and create visual representations while collaborating with our internal team of developers, copywriters, and designers.
The ideal candidate is one with expert knowledge of the latest design software, a team player, and an excellent communicator who would be able to take directions from written or spoken ideas and translate them into captivating designs that connect. Key responsibilities
  • Work on different projects using the latest software to develop innovative graphic designs that meet the companies’ business goals
  • Obtain input from managers and ensure that the designs meet organizational standards
  • Work independently and collaborate with the marketing team as and when required.
  • Schedule projects based on priority to balance the workload, which might include three or more simultaneous projects
  • Study existing visuals, identify flaws, and create solutions to improve design capabilities.
Nice to have
  • Can build animated videos using the Adobe creative cloud
The skills & experience we look for
  • 2-3 years’ experience in design
  • Role would also be fitting for a sharp and creative design graduate with a UI/UX background with 1-2 years' experience
  • Exceptional innovative design skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in graphic design or a similar field is preferred
  • Experience working in education and/or with HR stakeholders is a plus
