Your Role


EF Brighton is looking for a customer service focused, enthusiastic all-rounder, with excellent communication & organisational skills. In addition to general operational and administrative duties, you will work closely with our international students ensuring they have a home from home environment during their time in the UK. This role is perfect for anybody looking to learn transferrable skills and gain valuable work experience within a renowned international organisation. Our summers run from June to late August, with permanent job opportunities available afterwards.

Responsibilities

  • Help with day to day operational duties at our International Language Campus
  • Set up student residences, ensuring a home from home environment for our student body
  • Set up summer school, ensuring a world class learning environment is provided
  • Deliver items between summer schools and residences
  • In charge of students with meal requirements, ensuring dietary requirements are met
  • Regularly update and deliver meals to student residences
  • Participates in student intakes
  • Deals with general daily student enquiries

Requirements

  • Driver’s license
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal awareness
  • Fluency in English
  • Highly developed customer service focus
  • Appreciation of and interest in international cultures
  • Ability to adapt in a fast paced, dynamic work environment with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Outgoing, fun, with a good sense of humour and positive attitude at all time
  • Clear background check and two references
  • Right to work in the UK
