We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Ambassador Program Manager to join our marketing team.

As an integral part of this truly global team, you will be based in our Zurich headquarters and report to the Director of Marketing.
The purpose of our Ambassador Program is to promote cultural exchange and enrich the au pair experience for both the Ambassadors and other au pairs. Our goal is to inspire our Ambassadors to share their enthusiasm and personal stories to help raise awareness of our program and attract new au pairs. Additionally, Ambassadors play an important role in supporting other au pairs, providing guidance and encouragement when challenges appear on the program. Our Ambassadors are key to helping us achieve our goal of being the largest and most trusted au pair program in the world.

What you bring to the team
  • You have a proven track record in community engagement, building strong and vibrant communities both online and offline.
  • You are a strategic thinker, and you thrive in developing and implementing comprehensive strategies that align with company goals.
  • You have experience initiating and organizing community-building projects and events, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and budget.
  • You have a talent for streamlining processes to maximize efficiency and drive growth.
  • You have a proven track record in creating and maintaining strong relationships.
  • You are skilled in developing and executing content strategies that resonate with target audiences and fulfill business needs.
  • You have experience managing social media accounts including community management.
Responsibilities include
  • Develop and implement a global community engagement strategy to serve the key areas of the program: community building, mentoring, content creation and advocacy.
  • Streamline operational processes to maximize efficiency and allow for the Ambassador Program's growth.
  • Drive and develop content strategies aligned with the company's goals and target audience and establish processes to meet content needs across the business.
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with market representatives, ensuring support for their efforts in activating and recruiting Ambassadors.
  • Facilitate collaboration between the Ambassador Program and key departments across the business to understand and address business needs effectively.
  • Set, track and report on metrics to measure and drive community success.
Requirements
  • A degree in Marketing or Communication
  • 7+ years’ work experience in a marketing team
  • You are a team player who understands the importance of teamwork, collaboration, and open communication across a global organization
  • Eligibility for a Swiss work permit
  • Excellent English skills (working language is English), other European languages a plus
