The team in London is a young, dynamic and international group of about 50 people. We are part of EF, the world’s largest private education business providing life-changing education for global citizens.
We’re looking for a Paid Social Senior Manager, who will be responsible for delivering both the strategy and the execution of our Paid Social performance marketing team.

What you will be doing:
- Lead our global Paid Social team
- Develop our global Paid Social strategy
- Plan and execute global campaigns with $X million marketing spend
- Oversee budgets, bidding, targeting, and rigorous testing to maximize lead and sales volume as well as ROI
- Lead and build a team of talented marketers, who are as passionate as you
- Work closely with other growth teams, our creative teams, tech, and our sales managers
- Keep up to date with latest trends and share them with the wider team
Minimum requirements:
- You love to take on responsibility, derive a strategy, and you are not afraid to make mistakes and learn from them.
- You know how to lead a team and how to present in front of senior stakeholders.
- An expert when it comes to lead generation via Paid Social media and you understand how to optimize towards lead form submission and (offline) sales conversion. You know what tracking, data, and creative requirements are necessary to drive sales volume on a global scale.
- +5 years of proven experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram (Meta's Business Manager), Tiktok ads Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of social media advertising platforms and their setup, audience targeting, conversion tracking, and data analysis.
- Ability to stay updated on social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Capacity to collaborate with various teams.
- You can define what creatives we will need to produce engaging and effective advertising content for social media.
- Ability to maintain a consistent brand voice and convey key messages across social media campaigns.
Preferred requirements:
- You have worked with Smartly, GA4, and Salesforce before.
- You speak two or more languages.
