Sales Coordinator - EF High School Exchange Year
As a Sales Coordinator, you will be part of something special. What you will do each day matters, as we believe that cultural exchange makes the world a better place. Our students travel to another country to live its daily life and experience its culture from the inside — not as a tourist, but as a local. Though the exchange experience only lasts a year, the extended families we create last forever. Using a consultative sales approach, you will be connecting with interested students and their parents, build relationships, and be the main contact for future and existing students, from the moment they inquire until they have completed their exchange program. We need your passion and expertise to help us foster global citizenship through cross-cultural understanding and the creation of global families.
How you help us make cultural exchange happen
  • Grow the exchange market in your region, taking ownership of sales to reach sales targets
  • Manage the entire customer life cycle and provide excellent pre-and post-sales customer service and support
  • Conduct virtual and in-person information meetings, fairs, customer interviews and other customer events in your local market/region
  • Partner with teams across the business and our main destination USA to ensure that expectations set during the sales process are met
  • Leverage Salesforce (our CRM) to manage all sales activities
  • Understand the competitive landscape and apply the unique selling points of EF
  • Embody EF’s core values such as a “nothing is impossible” attitude
Who you are
  • 1+ years of experience in a sales role, tourism or education, or a relatable field and industry (recent grads with strong work experience also welcome to apply)
  • Strong communication, organizational and presentation skills with the ability to consult, sell and support students and parents
  • Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and team environment
  • Self-motivated, creative, and flexible with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Study abroad experience (preferably through an exchange program)
  • Fluent in Polish and high proficiency in English (min B2+)
  • General technical proficiency with software (MS office, experience with Salesforce CRM is a nice to have)
