EF Tokyo is looking for friendly and dynamic Residence Advisor to welcome and assist international students at our residence Crevia Will which is located near Muasashi-Kosugi station.
This is a great opportunity for language & cultural exchange! Japanese and foreigners are welcome to apply.

The main responsibilities are as follows:
  • Check that beds/rooms are clean and available for arriving students.
  • Stay on duty during the weekend to meet and greet new students until everyone has arrived.
  • Assist with checking in and checking out.
  • Hold an orientation and walk-through for new students
  • Organize one weekly activity
  • Maintain supplies for the residence
  • Check every room on a weekly basis to ensure students are abiding by the rules and that the facilities are in good condition
  • Weekly room checks to ensure that residence rules are being adhered by students and report all issues to residence coordinator
  • Carry out curfew checks for students who are minors
  • Other reasonable tasks as assigned by the Residence Coordinator and the Accommodation Manager.

This is a part-time position, ideal for students or people already living in Japan. Conversational level of Japanese required.

This is a live-in position with a free accommodation in return for specified duties.
The position does not offer visa sponsorships or relocation support.
