Position: Program Manager – Hult Academic Partnership Program
Location: Boston (Cambridge) or London
Reports to: Dean or Associate Dean of Hult International Business School
The Opportunity:
The Program Manager is a role that will maintain the highest academic, organizational, and student service standards for Partnership Programs. The primary partnership initially is with Ernst Young through our postgraduate programs both degree and non-degree. This position will support students who are virtual learners. Other partners and programs may be added in the future. Under the guidance of a Dean or Associate Dean, in conjunction with the current EY program team, the Program Manager will assist with day-to-day program operations and provide student and faculty support. This is a multi-function role incorporating project management, operations and administration, student advising, faculty support, course development and delivery support, with global constituents. Depending on an individual’s work authorizations, this position is preferably located in Boston, but a London based position may be possible.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary Hult point of contact with assigned Hult Program Partner
- Share regular updates and progress reports
- Collaborate to make necessary program updates
- Consult with partner and program team management to ensure communication to participants reflects the most up to date program offerings and information
- Serve as the primary point of contact for this educational program and serve as student advisor to ensure a meaningful and impactful experience and academic journey for students in the program
- Support with online program orientation sessions including preparing the delivering presentations
- Communicate regular program updates to all participating students
- Advise students on academic system navigation, course selection and registration, program goals, academic progress, and address student concerns
- Manage student and team conflicts, issues, and mitigating circumstances in consultation with the Dean and program team
- Assess and monitor student progress, engagement and satisfaction
- Support with the facilitation of live online webinars and speakers
- Occasional weekend and evening hours will be needed for course facilitation and other curricular events
- Coordinate scheduling needs for Course Assistants and online course technical facilitators
- Provide administrative support for all aspects of the program including setting up course pages, posting updates, assisting with student registration, posting grades, and running reports for the partner management team
- Launch and analyze surveys to ensure maximum student satisfaction

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Relevant experience in program or project management
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in digital content management and online program coordination
- International work or study experience is a big plus
- Proficient in the use of standard software to manage data, interpret reports, and generate professional, well-presented documents and presentations, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity and comfort with running virtual meetings and programs
- Able to work occasional hours outside of typical work hours in high-demand times
- Fluent English speaker with a similar level in written English
