Boston: **For consideration, applicants must be living in the state of MA or within commutable distance to our Boston, MA office. This role is hybrid, 3 days on-site per week and 2 days remote.

The Role:
As a Group Travel Consultant, you will oversee a geographical region in the United States and treat it like your own business. Your main goal is to grow and develop this region by recruiting Group Coordinators who are eager to organize trips and recruit others to join. You’ll identify, qualify, and convert leads via outbound phone sales, while building long-lasting relationships with repeating customers. Additionally, you’ll coach and support these Coordinators to help them maximize both their group’s size and the perks they earn. You are joining a sales team motivated by learning, professional growth, and excellence. You will be expected to consistently hit key sales metrics and goals.
We're looking for ambitious, high-performing individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit. You’ll be responsible for managing your pipeline, generating leads, and working with schools, universities, community groups, and other organizations to find new business opportunities. 1+ years of experince in sales or customer service is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and Develop Group Coordinators:
    • Identify and engage new Group Coordinators, targeting universities, sororities, fraternities, community groups, clubs, and other networks
    • Generate, qualify, and convert leads through outbound sales efforts and relationship building
    • Present the perks of becoming a Group Coordinator, including the opportunity for free travel and other benefits
  • Pipeline Management and Lead Generation:
    • Build and manage a robust pipeline of potential Group Coordinators
    • Manage a large volume of outbound calls, text, emails, and follow-ups to engage new leads and support existing ones
  • Group Growth and Training:
    • Provide training and ongoing support to Group Coordinators to help them successfully organize and recruit travelers
    • Coach Group Coordinators on how to expand their groups and maximize traveler numbers
    • Regularly communicate with Group Coordinators to offer advice, track progress, and ensure they are on track to reach their goals
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest promotions, product offerings, and company initiatives to effectively support Group Coordinators

  • Compensation: First-year hires have an on-target earning potential of $70,000+ (base salary starting at $50,000 and $20,000 bonus potential). In addition, there is overage bonus available for exceeding sales goals up to an additional $20,000.
