The EF Finance Summer Internship offers an unique opportunity to further your financial skills while gaining insights into a fast-growing international business. It also provides an excellent opportunity to learn about EF as a potential future employer.
Interns will be placed in one of our main finance hubs in Zurich, Malta or London.
The Role
EF Education First is currently accepting applications for Finance Summer Internship positions starting in June 2025, with a minimum duration of 8 weeks (the exact start date can be discussed based on your availability). As a finance summer intern, you will work in a dynamic team and contribute to various finance projects related to controlling, financial analysis & planning, or other key finance functions. You will also gain exposure to our business units, including language schools, academics, exchange programs, and educational travel.
By the end of your internship, you will be invited to a summer gathering at our headquarters in Zurich.
What we seek in a candidate
What we seek in a candidate
- You are currently pursuing a master’s degree in finance, accounting, industrial engineering, management, or a related field
- You are flexible and naturally curious
- You are fluent in English (fluency in one additional language is preferred)
- You want to pursue an international career in finance
- You have exceptional analytical and logical thinking skills
- You hold a European citizenship
- You preferably have international work and/or study experience
- You love what we do! (Language schools, Travel, Cultural exchange, and Academic degrees)
