What You’ll Do:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring a smooth running of all departments.
• Manage and support seasonal staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment.
• Coordinate transportation and logistics for student arrivals and departures.
• Ensure high-quality experiences for students, making key decisions to advance the program.
• Share emergency phone duties on a rota to ensure student safety.

Details:

• Positions available from May to August.
• Full-time, 6-day-per-week contracts.

Who You Are:

• Proficient in English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A natural leader with previous management or team-leading experience.
• Dedicated to delivering the highest level of customer service.
• Sociable and energetic, capable of motivating and energizing others.
• Able to work independently and in high-pressure situations.
• Flexibility in working hours may be required.
• Experience working with kids and teens is preferred.
