What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with the Activities Manager to organize and deliver engaging, culturally immersive activities for students.
- Lead and support a team of activity leaders, ensuring that all students have the best experience possible.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to guarantee the safety and well-being of students during all activities.
- Accompany students on excursions and events, providing top-notch customer service and support.
- Share emergency on-call duties as part of the response team, ensuring a swift and effective reaction when needed.
Who You Are:
- An outgoing, organized natural leader who can motivate and energize others.
- A detail-oriented individual who thrives in high-pressure environments.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and quality experiences.
- Proficient in English (C2 level preferred) and legally eligible to work in Malta (Maltese/EU passport or work permit).
- A driving license is desirable but not required.
- Experience working with young people is a plus.
Details:
- Duration: 4-12 weeks during June, July, and August 2024. Shorter durations can be combined with a leader role.
- Schedule: Full-time, 6-day work weeks on shift basis, including evenings and weekends.
- Safeguarding: EF is committed to the welfare of children. All roles are subject to police conduct checks and character reference checks.
