TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST - LATAM

Job Profile:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Sao Paulo, Brazil, supporting recruitment efforts in the LATAM region. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and acquiring top talent for entry and mid-level sales positions. Your proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish, along with experience in LinkedIn Active Search and Jobvite (a plus), will be essential in successfully filling these key roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Sourcing:
    • Utilize LinkedIn Active Search and other talent acquisition platforms to identify and engage with potential candidates.
    • Proactively source and build a talent pipeline of qualified candidates for sales positions in the LATAM region.
    • Implement effective sourcing strategies to attract the best talent in the industry.
  2. Candidate Assessment:
    • Screen and assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, motivation, and potential contribution to the organization.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify the most suitable candidates.
  3. Recruitment Process Management:
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for entry and mid-level sales positions.
    • Schedule interviews, coordinate assessments, and provide feedback to candidates.
    • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  4. Employer Branding:
    • Promote the company's employer brand to attract top talent.
    • Craft compelling job descriptions and advertisements to effectively market open positions.
    • Represent the organization at job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment-related activities.
  5. Data Management and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
    • Generate regular reports to share recruitment progress with the Director of Recruitment and Development.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in both Portuguese and Spanish is required.
  • Proven experience as a successful recruiter, with a track record of filling sales roles.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Active Search and expertise in Jobvite (a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of effective recruitment practices and a passion for talent acquisition.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field is preferred.
