We are looking for an energetic and organised individual overseeing customer & staff experience in our EF Malta summer school.
You will be part of a fast-paced and dynamic international working environment. With over 50 years of experience, we bring together teenagers from across the globe, turning the unfamiliar into the unforgettable, by giving them the summer experience of a lifetime.
The role
As our Experience Manager you will be the face of the EF school for both our students and our staff. You will be overall responsible for welcoming the students into the school with a smile, being approachable for their needs as well as creating a lively and exciting atmosphere for them to enjoy day to day. Additionally, you support our Course and Activity Leaders through a busy summer by ensuring their welfare and addressing their needs.
In this role you will oversee our Student Services & Activities department, as well as liaising with the centre Manager and the senior operations Management Team. You will drive customer satisfaction and ensure we always deliver great quality in everything we do. This is a management position and we are looking for someone with great leadership qualities.
Candidate Profile
- A natural leader with previous team – leading experience.
- Dedicated to delivering the highest level of customer service.
- Experience in a customer-facing environment, and ideally working with young people.
- Approachable and friendly with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Sociable and energetic, capable of motivating and energizing others
- Capable of using your own initiative.
- Have authorization to work in the country of employment.
- Complete fluency in English.
What will you take away?
The role can be very rewarding as it involves working alongside all the departments ensuring a great experience for students and staff. Dealing with student and staff queries daily, you will not only enhance your customer service skills but also your communication skills and your ability to problem-solve and react quickly to demanding tasks.

- Position is available from May to August 2025
- Full-time, 6-day-per-week contracts.
