Specialized Operations Coordinator - EF Panama

- Assist with group bookings for business partners, museums, activities and restaurants for our tours.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
- Optimize and coordinate group logistics with external vendors
- Ensure all supplier safety checks are processed and administered effectively
- Providing emergency telephone service for operational cases
- Provide on-tour support and assist with the operational tasks required to produce a tour.
- Handle late tour changes such as late additions and cancellations of travelers.
- Solution oriented, flexible, innovative, and driven
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Showcasing adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment
- Calm under pressure and can handle competing priorities, high call/email volume with a sense of urgency.
- Organizational skills and great attention to detail
- Fluent in English and spanish
- Additional European languages are a plus.
