Business Development Lead - Enrollment Advisor
We are seeking a driven and dynamic Business Development Lead - Enrollment Advisor to join our high-energy sales team based in Sao Paulo. Responsible for the University Channel & Future Intakes for our programs.
You will drive enrollment growth for future intakes by building relationships with student associations and other student-led organizations across flagship universities where Hult has a strategic interest.
This role is a blend of business development and sales, focused on improving brand recognition and building a pipeline of students from flagship universities to achieve quarterly and yearly enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development (October to May)
  • Build and manage relationships with student associations, clubs, societies, and ambassadors at flagship universities to boost brand awareness and generate inquiries.
  • Lead on-campus or online events tailored to student needs in collaboration with faculty and alumni, engaging students with Hult’s Masters and Summer Bootcamp programs.
  • Use social media, especially LinkedIn, to connect with club leaders and members, and enhance Hult's brand presence within university networks.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to design and execute engagement initiatives in collaboration with flagship university stakeholders to resonate with junior and senior students.
  • Build a strong community through connections with Hult alumni and confirmed students at flagship universities to drive word-of-mouth referrals and promote success stories.
Sales (October to September)
  • Serve as the primary contact for prospective students for future intakes, offering personalized advice and guiding them through the enrollment process.
  • Track and manage the pipeline for future intakes, maintaining regular follow-up across LinkedIn, WhatsApp, video calls, phone, and email.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of Hult’s program offerings and competitive advantages to effectively communicate with prospects.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Ensure fast response times to enquiries, student associations, and other stakeholders, outperforming competitors.
  • Increase the number of Enquiries from flagship universities through targeted activities.
  • Meet targets for confirmed Summer Bootcamp participants from flagship universities.
  • Achieve or exceed Masters enrollment targets for future intakes.
Qualifications
  • Fluency in English (Fluency in Spanish is a plus).
  • 6+ years of Experience in sales or business development, with a proven track record of driving results.
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect and engage leads on LinkedIn and other social platforms, converting them into in-person or phone meetings.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a confident and professional presence.
  • Customer-focused with a high level of curiosity and the ability to actively listen and address candidate needs.
  • Self-driven, ambitious, and entrepreneurial.
  • Goal-oriented and resilient, with a “nothing is impossible” mindset.
  • Adaptable and open to learning and feedback.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or marketing
