We are seeking a driven and dynamic Enrollment Advisor to join our high-energy sales team based in Delhi, India.
The way we communicate with candidates around the world is constantly evolving. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting, engaging with, and advising prospective candidates across India, guiding them through the entire application and enrollment process. You will use tools such as LinkedIn and Generative AI to initiate contact with potential students, with the goal of moving conversations to more personal and impactful interactions—whether via video conference, phone, or in-person meetings. This role is critical in building our brand in the region, expanding our reach, and making a direct impact on candidates' futures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage LinkedIn and Generative AI to prospect, connect with, and engage postgraduate candidates, moving these interactions toward phone, video, or in-person meetings.
  • Qualify candidates by identifying those with the right “Hult DNA” using a consultative, tailored approach to understand their career aspirations.
  • Organize, attend, and promote a high volume of in-person events, agent fairs, educational fairs, and 1-to-1 meetings, representing Hult and engaging with candidates face-to-face. Please note, many events will take place on weekends.
  • Provide expert advice and personalized guidance to interested qualified candidates through video calls, phone conversations and in-person meetings, following up to support their application to Hult, helping them choose the program that best aligns with their career goals.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with applicants, delivering exceptional service and support throughout the admissions process.
  • Assist accepted applicants with navigating the financing of their degree, connecting them to relevant internal Hult resources.
  • Identify trends and patterns in candidate behavior to optimize outreach efforts and generate referrals.
Agent & Partner Management
  • Develop and Manage Agent Relationships: Build and nurture strong relationships with key educational agents across India, ensuring they are well-informed about Hult’s offerings.
  • Training & Support: Regularly train agent staff on Hult’s programs, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to effectively promote Hult to prospective students.
  • Attend Agent Fairs & Events: Represent Hult at agent fairs, educational fairs, and recruitment events, delivering presentations, answering queries, and actively engaging with potential candidates. Attend weekend events and travel as required to maintain a strong presence in the market.
  • Ongoing Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between agents and the Dubai-based South Asia team.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track agent performance by reviewing referral numbers, application completions, and student enrollments. Work closely with underperforming agents to address challenges and enhance their ability to generate high-quality leads.
  • Collaborative Growth Strategies: Collaborate with the Director of Enrollment and regional colleagues to design and implement growth strategies for the Indian market, leveraging agent networks to maximize reach.
  • Key Account Management: Take ownership of high-priority agents, acting as a trusted advisor and resource to ensure strong alignment with Hult’s recruitment goals. Develop and execute strategic plans for driving lead generation and enrollments through agent partnerships.
  • Feedback Loop: Provide feedback to internal teams on agent-related challenges and opportunities, helping to refine and improve agent engagement strategies.
  • Maintain Compliance: Ensure all agent activity adheres to Hult’s standards, guidelines, and ethical practices, safeguarding the institution’s reputation while delivering results.
Qualifications
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Proven ability to prospect and engage leads on LinkedIn and other professional social platforms, using agent contacts as leverage.
  • Strong network of educational agents in India.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Confident and persuasive phone presence.
  • Customer-focused, with a high level of curiosity and a talent for understanding and addressing candidate needs through active listening.
  • Self-driven, ambitious, and entrepreneurial.
  • Goal-oriented and resilient; eager to exceed sales targets—“Nothing is impossible” mindset.
  • Adaptable, with a willingness to learn and embrace feedback.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business development, sales, or marketing is a plus.
