Are you looking to develop your customer service skills whilst gaining experience with an international company? EF International Language Campuses in Perth is looking for an energetic and organized individual to join our permanent team as a Student Services Coordinator. This position is based in Perth, and available from early/mid January 2025.

Role & Responsibilities

The Student Services Coordinator is a pivotal role at our campus: based at the front desk of our school, you are the first and main point of contact for our EF Sales Offices, students, and suppliers alike. The role encompasses the overall administrative functions for the school and operations including handling local sales & extensions, student visa administration, student support & satisfaction tracking, and the coordination of the Internship Program and the Job Club.
Student Services has a link to all departments and as it is the core of the production of the EF school, no day will be the same.
Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Liaison with EF Sales Offices in over 50 countries globally, admin around the processing & changes to student bookings,
  • Review and confirmation of all bookings in our CRM system, and preparation of student visa documents,
  • Play an active role in student welfare,
  • Following up on student concerns & enquiries in collaboration with the relevant departments across the school (accommodation, activities, and academics),
  • Answer all internal and external queries in a professional and timely manner,
  • Assisting students with their insurance claims (OSHC),
  • Deliver excellent customer service to our students and visitors,
  • General support for the rest of the school team particularly the activities team & their events,
  • Take the school Emergency Phone on a monthly roster,
  • Assist with direct sales enquiries, walk-in sales, and extensions,
  • Coordinate the Job Club service
  • Assist in dealing with student discipline issues
  • Assist with student arrivals & lead the organization of intake day, and graduation events,
  • Role will very occasionally require evening & weekend hours.

Requirements

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skill,
  • Highly developed customer service focus,
  • Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail,
  • Awareness and appreciation of cultural differences,
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure,
  • Positive attitude,
  • A strong sense of ownership and drive to succeed,
  • Active working rights/visa for Australia (working rights for minimum 2 years, hence working holiday visa holders can not be cosidered for this role).

You must also be willing to take a First Aid Course & Mental Health First Aid Course.
