Junior Business Analyst

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ad-hoc Requests Management: Handle the day-to-day support tasks that the team receives from stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our business stakeholders, in partnership with our product manager and analytics manager, to understand how to best address their data needs.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify recurring request patterns that could be better addressed through automated solutions, rather than handling them on an ad-hoc basis.
- Communication: Engage in agile practices and maintain regular communication with our stakeholders to ensure the solutions you develop meet their expectations.
- 1-2 years of experience in a business analyst role or similar.
- Intermediate SQL skills.
- Exposure to reporting tools like PowerBI or Tableau. A plus with exposure to Salesforce.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts using non-technical language.
- Ability to translate business requests into concise, structured requirements.
- High-quality standards and attention to detail in the way work is approached.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English.
