The Opportunity
Our Middle East Team is looking for a Sales Director to support our growth in the KSA market to proactively target new client organisations and collaborate with our Operations Team on strengthening partnerships with existing clients, playing a significant role in the continued rapid growth in the region.

Key responsibilities
- Proactively targets new accounts, generates opportunities, and expands our share of business across regional markets.
- Develops high quality proposals and relevant solutions that meet client needs and deadlines.
- Leads the negotiation, closing and supports the contracting of new accounts.
- Collaborates with support teams to drive the renewal sales process and maximize cross-selling
The skills & experience we look for
- Ideally a graduate in HR, Psychometrics, Psychology or Learning and Development.
- Knowledge of the executive education market and L&D needs and solutions
- Knowledge of the regional market and extensive network of key decision maker relationships
- 10 years consultative B2B sales experience and success sales track record
- Strong relational skills, influencing skills and presence.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
- Of good character and team player.
- Passion for learning, both for yourself and, on a bigger scale, for organizations
