Finnish-Speaking Program Manager

Your Role
- Build relationships with students and their families, guiding them through our educational programs.
- Act as a key point of contact for Finnish-speaking customers, providing exceptional service and support.
- Support the Finnish country manager in program delivery and sales efforts, focusing on achieving ambitious goals.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing initiatives to grow awareness and engagement.
- Oversee program logistics, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer experience.
- Collaborate closely with your team in Stockholm and across other EF offices to align strategies and share best practices.
What We’re Looking For

- A creative thinker who takes initiative and executes with excellence.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales, marketing or customer service.
- Native-level proficiency in Finnish and strong command of English (spoken and written).
- Academic background in business, education, or a related field.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience studying, working, or traveling abroad.
- Passion for connecting with students and families, delivering exceptional experiences.
