Curriculum Manager

- Assist the Academic Director with program management, teacher evaluations, and planning
- Assist and/or deliver Academic Orientations for students, including administering Speaking Evaluations
- Train new Academic staff, both teaching and non-teaching staff
- Provide regular professional development for teaching staff
- Create Academic related documents, including calendars, syllabus, lesson plans
- Design, oversee the implementation of Advanced Diploma syllabi
- Uphold program policies among Academic staff by reviewing lessons plans, Weekly Schemes of Work, and observing classes
- Assist in the administration of special Academic programs, including Advanced Diploma, Cambridge preparation, and TOEFL classes
- Counsel students on Academic issues
- Help to advise teachers on curricular issues
- Assist/Oversee with the running of special projects and/or events, i.e. specialized or customized programs designed for individual/groups of students based on information from Sales/School Administration and regularly scheduled academic-focused events throughout the calendar year
- Take inventory of and manage access to both EF-produced materials and non-EF materials for use in classes by teachers and students
- Teaching duties as required or deemed appropriate/necessary by Academic Management
- Other duties as assigned/necessary
