Sales Coordinator

- Selling our global language and study programs
- Process and qualify leads through telemarketing
- Take full ownership of direct sales by reaching sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service and support answering client queries and advising students
- Giving presentations to students in various locations in Portugal including fairs and campuses
- Everyday administrative tasks
- Being the main trusted contact person for our students: before, during, and after their study abroad with EF
- Fluent level of Portuguese (speaking, reading, writing)
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Fluency in English
- Positive attitude with great team spirit
- 6 months of sales experience or customer service experience is preferred
- Bachelor's degree is highly preferred
- International experience (study/work) is highly preferred
