• Selling our global language and study programs
• Process and qualify leads through telemarketing
• Take full ownership of direct sales by reaching sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service and support answering client queries and advising students
• Giving presentations to students in various locations in Portugal including fairs and campuses
• Everyday administrative tasks
• Being the main trusted contact person for our students: before, during, and after their study abroad with EF

• Fluent level of Portuguese (speaking, reading, writing)
• Proactive and able to work independently
• Fluency in English
• Positive attitude with great team spirit
• 6 months of sales experience or customer service experience is preferred
• Bachelor's degree is highly preferred
• International experience (study/work) is highly preferred
